Before you write to us

Do you have a shop I can walk into? +
We are not a walk-in shop. We work at your home, hotel or business across Benidorm and the Marina Baixa, and we collect and deliver the machine at no extra cost. That is why the same engineer can spend the time your fault actually needs instead of serving a counter.
How long do you take to reply? +
Under an hour during working hours, and WhatsApp is the fastest channel. Outside opening hours we reply first thing the next working day.
Do you charge for travel? +
No. Travel and collection are included anywhere in our coverage area: Benidorm, El Albir, Alfaz del Pi, La Nucía, Altea, Villajoyosa and Finestrat.
Can you help me in English? +
Yes. A large part of our customers are international residents in El Albir, Alfaz del Pi and Altea, and we handle the whole job in English — diagnosis, written quote and report.
What if my data is confidential? +
We only access what the repair requires and nothing leaves our workshop. If you would rather remove the drive first, or watch the work being done, that is fine with us.
What do you accept as payment? +
Cash, card or bank transfer, always with an invoice. For companies and hotels we can invoice monthly.
